  3. Can I pay a rush fee to get my order faster?
    You can pay a rush fee on ready-made items, but not on custom items. Custom orders are fulfilled in the order they are placed.
  4. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
    Processing times vary: ready-made items typically ship within 2-3 business days, while custom orders may take longer depending on design and order volume. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
  5. How can I track my order?
    Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your package’s progress.
  6. What countries do I ship to?
    I ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
  7. Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes! In addition to the countries listed, we occasionally expand our shipping options. Please check our website for the most current information.
  8. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
    Orders can be modified or canceled within the first 24 hours of purchase; after that, no changes or cancellations can be made.
  9. What is your return or exchange policy?
    All sales are final since each item is made to order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us directly so we can address your concerns.
  10. Do you sell patterns for your designs?
    No, I do not sell patterns. I only sell finished pieces.
  11. Do you still sell tapestry clothing?
    As of January 1, 2025, Elevn 22 Studio no longer services tapestry clothing.

    Care instructions vary by item, but we generally recommend hand washing or using a delicate cycle with cold water and air drying to maintain quality.

    No, Elevn 22 Studio is currently an online-only brand.
